Africa just got her largest incubation facility — Unicorn Incubation Campus.

Standing firmly and finely in Yaba, Lagos, the multistorey structure, courtesy Unicorn Group has an impact-driven mandate. It’s setting a new standard and taking on the challenges faced by entrepreneurs on the continent.

Doors are open to anyone from age 10, according to the promoters. That’s some inviting access to the young and old to nurture their ideas and receive requisite backing from education to mentorship and long-term capital.

Techpreneurs at work. Financial Technology

Round-the-clock support

As per Tech Cabal, the innovation and incubation house will run on a 24-hour operating policy. It’s a first on the continent, with the potential to help entrepreneurs create more solutions in tech and tech-enabled sectors.

With the facility, Africa can look forward to more successful entrepreneurial stories. In the next couple of years, it’d be interesting to see more unicorns join the likes of Chipper Cash (the most recent), Tymebank, Flutterwave, Opay(in the works), Interswitch and Fawry.
